Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax. Any VAT, GST, or sales tax is calculated at checkout. Payments are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record.

Your records never go dark.

Everkey sells continuity. Locking you out of your own client records the moment a card expires would be a strange way to sell it. So if you cancel, downgrade, or a payment fails:

  • Every client and asset you have already recorded stays readable, with no time limit.
  • Continuity packs you have shared with clients stay live — your client’s recovery page does not break because of your billing.
  • You can download a CSV of everything you have recorded at any time, on any plan.
  • You keep the 7-day renewal warning, so nothing expires silently. The earlier 30 and 14 day notices are part of a paid plan.
  • Only creating new clients and assets is paused until you are back under the Free limits.

We will never delete your records for non-payment. This is written into our Terms of Service, section 8.

Questions

What counts toward the limits?

Active clients and active assets. Anything you archive stops counting immediately, so you can keep finished projects on file without them using up your allowance.

What if I hit the asset limit before the client limit?

Both counters are always visible on your dashboard, and any prompt to upgrade names the specific limit you reached. You will never see a vague “upgrade to continue”.

Do you store my clients’ passwords?

No, and there is nowhere to put one. Everkey records where a credential lives — “in the client’s 1Password”, for example — never the credential itself. There are no password or secret columns in the database, and automated checks against the live database confirm it stays that way. Everkey sits alongside your password manager; it does not replace it.

Can I get my data out?

Yes, and you do not have to ask. Download your clients and assets as a CSV from Settings at any time, on any plan, including after you cancel. For a full export of everything else we hold about your account, email us and we will send it within 30 days.

Is there a free trial of Solo?

There is something better: a free plan that does not expire. Use it on three real clients for as long as you like. If Solo turns out to be wrong for you, the 14-day refund guarantee covers the first payment.

If I cancel, do I keep the founding price?

The discount belongs to that subscription. Cancel and it ends with it — resubscribing later means the price at that time, and the 20 founding slots will most likely be gone. While slots remain, the founding price is applied for you at checkout; there is no code to enter.

Can I pay yearly?

Not yet. Monthly only for now.

How do I cancel?

One click in the customer portal, linked from your settings. No email, no notice period, and access runs to the end of the period you have paid for.

Which currencies and payment methods?

Prices are in US dollars. Paddle accepts major cards and, depending on your country, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Paddle handles tax for your country automatically.

Do you offer refunds?

Full refund within 14 days of your first payment, no questions asked. See the Refund Policy.
